I’m sure there are some colors you already know look good on you? Do gold and silver look equally good on you? If you didn’t fit any of the profiles then you might be something in-between or perhaps you have a coloring that overlaps with the other groups. That means that you can wear a wider range of colors. It also helps to have a color analyst analyze your coloring. When I was younger I didn’t realize I looked horrible in snow white until someone pointed it out to me!

I couldn’t agree more, Wanda! A pair of pantyhose or stockings help polish your look and also “correct” most leg imperfections. I think that the majority of the sheer hosiery (with a higher percentage of Lycra) on the market today are very comfortable.

Just like Hannelie, havent stopped reading the articles since I came across your website, I am also telling my friends about it…

Its very simple and practical….also, you’re not trying to sell something so I can relax and learn…I have picked up so much and already put it into practice….for 3 days in a row got compliments from my colleagues about my new style and I havent even added any item to my wardrobe… thanks Anna and keep up the good work…

p.s. am a dark skin, dark hair woman and did not fit any of the profiles on warm and cool colours….

Hello, Come out, come out, where ever you are. What ever happended to us girls that wear hose. Stockings seem to be the other dreaded S word. How could we ever forget how very beautiful and sexy a pair of stocking can be? I’ve never met a man that didn’t love to see a woman in a pair of nylons. Yes, I said nylons. If that word ages me then so be it! All I ever hear from my co-workers is how uncomfortable nylons are. Ah come on ladies, jeans are often tighter that a good pair of nylons. They are a true friend to those of us with wide hips. They shape your body and skim over a few flaws. They are very polised, grown up,and lady like. Even the designer brands are still purchased at a decent price. Lace stockings are very vibrant in the work place. Good taste should be displayed along with the lace stockings. Be careful not become the office tart, by showing to much of the black lace stockings. A little goes a long way at work. save the allure, drama, and magic of the stocking for after work!

Classic should be a constant in every closet. No matter what your tast in fashion. Reason being classic compliments all styles. Or classic pieces can stand on their own. The navy and white striped top is a classic that can be worn poorly if the garment is misunderstood. It has a prsence of old world taste and a value system. Combined with an understated elegance. It isn’t nessaserily casual wear. Instead it is an item that should be worn as if it were a well made white blouse. It could be placed with leggings or jeans. If the jeans are well designed, and leggings are of good quality spandex. Make sure it isn’t to big or too small. Buy your size in this garment.The fit is relaxed and not so tight that the stripes are blurred into wavey lines. Large curvy girls should keep it simple and draw attention to the upper part of the top. Small women look better if the top is belted or just long enough to come to the end of the tummy. Remeber buy your size and try them on. All brands differ.
